LowLevelPrivacyPolicySet

This EClass acts as a structuring construct, and contains references to low level policies and other low level policy sets. Note that policy sets are a notion used in OASIS XACML, a standard access control language. Our current metamodel draft captures a subset of the XACML structure, but can be easily extended if more features are needed.
