Dr. Ulrich Lang (CEO, co-founder) received his Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge Computer Laboratory (Security Group) on conceptual aspects of middleware security in 2003 (sponsored by the UK Defence and Evaluation Research Agency (DERA), after having completed a Master's Degree (M. Sc.) in Information Security with distinction from Royal Holloway College (University of London) in 1997. On the management side, he has recently completed a Business Marketing Strategy course at the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University). Prior to his M. Sc. he studied computer science & management at the University of Munich and at Royal Holloway College (University of London). Ulrich is a renowned thought leader in model-driven security. Ulrich is responsible the business and technical strategy, architecture and direction of ObjectSecurity and the OpenPMF product. In addition, Ulrich leads the consultancy business within ObjectSecurity (esp. for SOA security and model-driven security). Ulrich also runs the Silicon Valley office. He has also previously worked as a proposal evaluator, project evaluator (e.g. EU Framework Programmes), consultant, book author. He has served in the German federal civil defence (technical and logistical relief) for several years. In his spare time, Ulrich plays the saxophone.

Rudolf Schreiner (CTO, co-founder) received his Master's (Dipl-Phys.) in physics from University of Munich in 1993. After graduation he worked as an independent software engineer and consultant on various computer security projects in banking, manufacturing and telecommunications. is a renowned thought leader in model-driven security. Rudolf Schreiner is currently the main software architect for the OpenPMFproduct. Rudolf Schreiner is also the principal architect behind MICOSec Secure CORBA and the ObjectWall IIOP firewall. He has served in the German federal civil defence (technical and logistical relief) for several years. His main interest is the modelling and development of mission critical and secure applications. Amongst other topics, he is also involved in the development of secure distributed systems in the air traffic management domain. Rudolf runs the European office.

Dr. William Wilson has thirty years experience in information security in a variety of positions ranging from technical to executive. He has served on government policy making groups in information security, participated in groups setting national research objectives in security, and given numerous papers on technical and business aspects of security. Dr. Wilson was a co-founder of Arca Systems, a pioneer provider of information security services, and served as its CEO from inception to acquisition by Exodus Communications. Arca was also one of the four original Common Criteria labs in the US. At Exodus he performed various roles, including running the Exodus security practice and serving as Vice President of Security R&D and Marketing. He has served as Entrepreneur in Residence at Blumberg Capital and held operational roles and board positions in various Blumberg funded companies. Dr. Wilson received his B.A. in mathematics from Princeton University and his M.A. and Ph.D. in mathematics from Harvard University.

Milind Pansare brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, product management and technology leadership to the advisory team. Milind has held several leadership roles in alliances, partner and developer programs, product management, product marketing, engineering management and software engineering at large Silicon Valley based computer software and systems companies such as Sun Microsystems and Hewlett Packard as well as startups. He holds a BS in Computer Science and has held several engineering leadership roles, managing teams that developed window systems, user interfaces, secure operating systems, and technology in the Java platform.
